BUSECO effectively crafts Reorganization Guidelines

 

One of the Flagship Program of Bukidnon Second Electric Cooperative, Inc. (BUSECO) is Reorganization. This is to ensure that the Organizational Structure (OS) of the cooperative is responsive to the competitive Electric Power Industry Reform Act (EPIRA) environment as well as to enhance further its OS to ensure continuous delivery of efficient services to its Member Consumer Owners (MCOs).

 

On January 29-30, 2014, the Human Resource Management and Development (HRMD) Team represented by all departments and lead by HRAD Chief, Mr. Florgene Sumintan conducted a conference to smoothly implement the Reorganization of the cooperative. Placement guidelines to this effect were religiously crafted to ensure that employees will be placed suitably to their respective position.

 

BUSECO through its HRMD team ensures that with the guidelines: 1) there will be an objective process in the conduct of reorganization; 2) there will be free and fair evaluation of the Partners and Associates; and 3) right person will be put to the right position.

 

BUSECO’s re-organization will start this February, 2014. With the guidelines, the management looks forward for a smooth implementation of the reorganization to the best interests of the cooperative, the Partners and Associates as well as to the MCOs.

 

BUSECO believes that the reorganization is very important especially with the cooperative’s undertaking of becoming a World Class Organization.
