The Bukidnon Second Electric Cooperative, Inc. (BUSECO) yearly joins the celebration of Valentine’s Day by holding a unique and fun Valentine Program which gathers its Partners and Associates (P&As) to stage and showcase its human and intellectual capital’s talents, confidence and good looks. On February 13, 2018, BUSECO held its Pre-Valentine’s Day celebration. The program started with a BUSECO Prayer. Director Alex D. Payangga of the District of Manolo Fortich and OIC-GM Melchie R. Nacalaban then graced the P&As with inspiring messages. Search for Mr. and Ms. BUSECO highlighted the celebration. Thirteen pairs pranced before the audiences not just their beauty and charm but wit as well through 4 fascinating exposures namely: 1. Jeans; 2. Uniform; 3. Casual Wear; and Question and Answer. In between the contestant’s exposure, the RQIM teams rendered love songs. The female contestants were then serenaded by Mr. Kenneth Ace Bas, IT Support Staff while the male contestants were serenaded BUKIDNON SECOND ELECTRIC COOPERATIVE, INC.
by two lovely ladies, Blessie Dawn Reganon, General Services Department (GSD) Admin Assistant and Angelyn Nillas, Finance Services Department (GSD) Staff. Ms. Rizzan Zabala, Admin Assistant of the Engineering and Technical Services Department (ETSD) and Mr. Adrian Lozada, Accounting Staff were crowned Mr. and Ms. BUSECO 2018. The two crowned winners shall represent BUSECO in the next Search for Mr. and Ms. Civil Service which shall also be joined by other Government agencies in the Municipality of Manolo Fortich. The short program was then concluded with giving of tokens to all Partners and Associates and another inspiring message from the President of the Board of Directros, President Rev. Fr. Danilo T. Valentine’s Day commemorates the importance of love. Through the BUSECO Pre-Valentine Program, love amongst colleagues in the cooperative is illustrated through entertainment by the P&A participants and applaud and support by the P&A audiences.
The ingenuity of the conduct of the fun-filled Pre-Valentine Program manifests the sincere intention of the cooperative and the management in particular to develop its intellectual capital not just in the delivery of their respective duties but also to enhance their other skills and talents. BUSECO believes that having high regard with the welfare of its intellectual capital is very important as the cooperative soars higher to its dream of becoming a World Class Organization.
