The Bukidnon Second Electric Cooperative, Inc. (BUSECO) remains firm on its endeavor to protect, promote and uphold the best interest of its valued Member-Consumer-Owners while it strives to enliven its vision as a reliable, viable and efficient electric distribution utility, operated and managed by competent, honest and responsive human resources towards satisfied consumers. BUSECO takes pride with its recent accomplishments whilst the interminable challenges the cooperative has encountered for the past years and even so in the recent months.
Thus, BUSECO undertakes to update all concerns of the cooperative’s status as well as the recent development embroiled on its operations in the various opportunities and avenues. BUSECO believes that with proper information dissemination, its’ impressive stance in the power industry and all its undertakings shall be brought to light, thus all stakeholders will understand and be rationalized with the cause of the cooperative as a movement and such would be a great help for BUSECO in achieving its dream of becoming a World Class Organization.
Thus, on March 05, 2018 BUSECO is one of the sponsors of the Monthly Convocation Program in the Province of Bukidnon held at Kaamulan Open Theater, Malaybalay City. BUSECO has been invited yearly to sponsor the said activity and the management welcomes said opportunity to inform and educate its stakeholders especially its co-Public Servants in the Utility Industry.
The program was aptly started with an Invocation led by the Malaybalay City Water District and followed by the Singing of the National Anthem, Lupang Hinirang as conducted by Ms. Sarah Dingky K. Gamolo from the Philippine Postal Corporation. Community Singing “Kanak ka Banuwa” then ensued as conducted by Ms. Angelita Lucaban from the the Malaybalay City Water District, then followed by the Panunumpa sa Katapatan sa Watawat and Panunumpa mg Kawani ng Gobyeron.
The agencies presentation of their organization’s reports highlighted the convocation. For BUSECO, OIC- General Manager Melchie R. Nacalaban, Llb presented the BUSECO accomplishment for the year 2017 as assessed through the National Electrification Administration Key Performance Standards (NEA-KPS) set for all Electric Cooperatives in the country. Talented BUSECO Partners and Associates also showcased their singing and dancing prowess in a very cheerful and entertaining intermission number that invigorates the audiences.
The Provincial Convocation was packed with information and statistics that updates the Provincial Government as well as the Public Utilities that allows each to promote and assist one another in bringing the Province of Bukidnon to a greater progress. The Provincial Convocation was co-sponsored by the Malaybalay Water District, PAG-ASA, Philippine Postal Corp., LTO, NAPOCOR and FIBECO.
