BUSECO holds departmental conference
The Bukidnon Second Electric Cooperative, Inc. (BUSECO) General Manager, Deiter Hoff P. Arellano, CPA, MBA strongly believes that for the cooperative to hasten its pace towards becoming a World Class Organization, each Partners and Associates must understand their duties and functions and must know the cooperative’s direction. Each must knew and internalized the cooperative’s plans and programs for them to align themselves with the organizational goal and do their share for the advancement of BUSECO. Further, to ensure that the plans and programs for 2015 will be implemented as set during the recently conducted BUSECO 2015 Strategic Conference, each department / division is given the opportunity to strategize to meet their respective targets.
With this, the respective departments of BUSECO namely: Engineering and Technical Services Department (ETSD) headed by Engr. Roseller Salise; Branch Operation Management Department (BOMD) particularly the Meter Reading and Billing Services Division (MRBS) lead by Mr. Juancho T. Chiong for Manolo Fortich Branch and Ms. Melchie Nacalaban for Malaybalay Branch; Institutional Services Department lead by HRAD Chief Mr. Florgene Sumintan and GSD Chief Susan Capaque; Corporate Planning and Utility Economics Division together with Management Information & Computer System Division headed by Mr. Cristopher Dulfo, CPA, MBA; and Office of the General Manager lead by no less than GM Arellano conducted Planning Conference at Cagayan de Oro City last January 23-24, 2014.
