BUSECO P&As attend productivity seminar Customer Service Training and UBMS Re-orientation
With the strong determination of the cooperative to become a World Class Organization in the
near future, continuous training and capability building of its intellectual capital is of prime
importance. By relentlessly enhancing their potential and capacities, BUSECO believes that soon
its dream as mentioned will be surely realized. Further, aside from enhancing its workforce
capabilities, BUSECO values the safety of its employees especially field men.
In view of the foregoing and with the strong determination to provide its valued Member-
Consumer-Owners (MCOs) with utmost satisfaction and delight through a quality customer
service couple with advanced systems that would better enhance the delivery of services, the
BUSECO front-liners composed of its Member Services Assistants, Community Organizers and
members of the Task Force attended the Customer Service Training and UBMS Orientation on
April 13, 2018 at the BUSECO RQIM Hall, BUSECO Compound, Manolo Fortich, Bukidnon.
The training started with the canned BUSECO Prayer followed by the canned National Anthem. To set
the mode of the training and to ensure an efficient flow of the same, Training and Development
Officer Joanna May Sumbalan gave a brief rationale and the house rules.
The training highlighted the following:
1. Introduction and Lecture on Customer Service, discussed by Ms. Taiza Ejem; and
2. Utility Billing Management System (UBMS) Re-orientation by Mr. Michael Jan G.
Depabiladera- Technical Support Supervisor of DC Tech, developer/programmer of UBMS.
Cashiering and Collection Services (CCS) Head for Manolo Fortich Branch Ms. Elisa Sareno gave a
message to the attendees emphasizing the importance of getting acquainted of the UBMS to finally
get hold of the advantages of an advanced system to serve better the cooperative and the Member
Consumer Owners. The training was aptly closed with a prayer lead by MSA Zosimo Tagas, Jr.
With the training, Partners and Associates’ understanding of the importance of Customer Service
is expanded and getting oriented of the UBMS will soon lead to more efficient services to its
Member Consumer Owners. Thus, increasing the level of satisfaction which is the very premise
of BUSECO’s aspiration of becoming a World Class Organization.
